Return Policy

Due to the fact that most items are made to order and I am a one woman small business I am not able to offer refunds. However, if you are not 100% happy with your order please contact me within 14 days of delivery so we can get you a Stray Ceramics piece that you are totally in love with.

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and be sure to take photo documentation of the box, packaging and damaged piece, so that I can file an insurance claim.


Privacy Policy

Stray Ceramics does not save any personal data from customers after purchase. The only personal information saved with Stray Ceramics is an email address if the customer voluntarily signs up for Stray Ceramics email list.
